Interview with R&B Singer Glorie

So...Let's Talk Music

Q: Tell me about your upcoming project, who are you working with and What has been motivating you on this journey?

Glorie: Well I just finished my Ep called Hate 2 Love , we are in the process of excepting records for my album. So Im very excited to see what producers have in store.

Q: What would you say is the most challenging part of being an up an coming artist?

Glorie: The most challenging part about being an artist would have to be feeling like you always have to look perfect or be perfect. Nobody is perfect and I don't want young girls getting the wrong idea that flaws don't exist.

Q: Being an artist as well as a dancer do you find it easier to interact with your audience while performing?

Glorie: Yes, I do find it easier to interact with the audience as a dancer because you wouldn't expect a girl to do a b-boy stance in the middle of a freestyle.

Q: Can you remember the first song you ever memorized?

Glorie: lol, the first song I ever memorized...I don't even know ,but from what I can remember, Singing in the rain Soundtrack "Do You" By Debbie Roynalds

Q: Describe the sound of Glorie, what makes you stand out from the other Female Artists?

Glorie: My Sound is a mixture of opera, soul, and pop. I say opera because I was training to be an opera singer before I started pursuing to be a Mainstream artist. In my music ,you can hear alot of operatic melodies kind of like Beyonce's Ava Maria. Also, what sets me apart from other Female artist would be the fact Im a musician who dances. 1,2 step in my opening act, trade in the sneakers for a grand piano, then begin to perform a beautiful ballad for the fans. Chris Brown meets Alicia Keys lol.......

Q: What’s next for Glorie?

Glorie: The next thing for me is focusing on working on my debut album and building a relationship with my fans through music, movies, commercials and social media.
